Owner / Barber
Born and raised here, Mike came up around the industry early, with his mother working as a hairdresser. He started cutting hair in college, eventually going dual licensed in both cosmetology and barbering after earning his degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship.
His background in live music and events shaped the vision behind the shop — and behind the HAIRSTREAM, a custom-built luxury mobile barbershop that has taken him backstage with artists, athletes, and production teams at venues nationwide.
Whether he's in the chair at the shop or set up backstage, the approach stays the same: create a relaxed environment, deliver quality work, and build something people genuinely want to be part of.

Aidan comes to Odd Fellows by way of Franklin, bringing a modern, detail-oriented approach to the craft with a strong focus on longer hairstyles, tapers, and textured cuts. Before joining the shop, he spent time behind the chair in Rhode Island while working under his cosmetology license and continuing his path toward becoming dual licensed in barbering.
Known for his calm demeanor and thorough consultations, Aidan takes the time to understand each client’s style, routine, and overall look before ever picking up the clippers. His attention to detail and easygoing personality make him a natural fit for the atmosphere at Odd Fellows.
Wash, cut, style. We talk about what you want and what'll actually work for you. Not rushed. Not over-thought.
Cut, trim, shape — and the hot towel that makes you forget what day it is. The full reset.
Same haircut, plus a clean line on the beard. If your beard's the shape of your face this time of year, this is the move.
Just the beard. Just the towel. In, out, looking sharp.
People started asking if they could use the space. We started saying yes. Photoshoots, dinners, poker nights, the kind of party that doesn't feel like every other party. After hours, with the right people in it, the shop becomes whatever you bring to it. If you've got an idea, tell us.
